Love360

Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Love360 (“Love360,” “we,” “us”) handles information through the Love360 mobile applications, widgets and the website at love360.io. The Love360 app is developed by Websoftic agency for Love360. This policy applies to private-beta testers, app users, website visitors and waitlist members.

2. Information we collect

Category Examples Why we use it
Account and profile Account identifier, email when provided, name, avatar, invite code, partner identifier and account timestamps. Create and secure an account, pair two partners and provide support.
Relationship and shared content Anniversary, special dates, daily-question answers, game responses and scores, notes, statuses, memories, captions, shared photos and drawings. Provide the features you choose to use and deliver content to your paired partner.
Location Latitude, longitude, calculated distance and the time location was updated. Calculate and display distance between paired partners after permission is granted. We do not use precise location for ads.
Device and feature status Battery percentage, charging status, online status, app/widget state and notification preference. Display partner widgets and keep shared features working.
Purchase information Subscription entitlement, product, renewal and transaction status. We do not receive full payment-card details. Unlock premium access, restore purchases and manage one subscription for a paired couple.
Website and waitlist Email address, consent, signup source and time. An IP-derived rate-limit value may be used briefly to prevent spam. Send requested beta/launch updates and protect the signup form.
Support and diagnostics Messages you send us, device/app version and error details you choose to provide. Answer requests, troubleshoot and improve reliability.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use an enabled feature, from your paired partner when they share content with you, and from service providers that operate app infrastructure or purchases. Location, photos and notifications require the relevant device permission or user action.

4. How we use information

  • Operate accounts, private pairing, widgets, drawing, questions, games, memories and other requested features.
  • Calculate the distance between paired partners when location access is enabled.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud or abuse and maintain service security.
  • Process and verify subscriptions and restore purchases.
  • Provide support and communicate service, privacy, beta and launch updates.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Location and partner visibility

Location is optional, but the distance feature cannot work without it. When enabled, Love360 sends location coordinates to our cloud service, calculates distance and makes the resulting partner-distance experience available within the paired relationship. A paired partner may be able to infer your general whereabouts from the distance shown. The app does not provide public location profiles or a public map.

The current Android build requests foreground approximate or precise location. We do not currently request Android background-location permission. Widget and lock-screen refresh timing depends on permissions, device settings and operating-system refresh rules. If a future version requires background location, we will provide a prominent in-app disclosure before the system permission prompt and update this policy before collection begins.

6. Drawings, photos and private sharing

Drawings and photos you choose to send are uploaded to cloud storage so they can be delivered to your paired partner and displayed in app features or widgets. Your partner can view, save or capture content after receiving it. Do not share content you are not comfortable providing to that partner.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to processors that help operate Love360, including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; Apple and Google for app distribution and in-app purchases; and Hostinger for the website and waitlist. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use precise location for advertising.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Account and relationship data generally remains while the account is active. Shared content may remain until deleted by a user, removed through account deletion or no longer needed to provide the service. Purchase and security records may be retained when required for tax, fraud-prevention, legal or audit purposes. Waitlist information is kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion or the list is retired.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated services, access rules, encrypted network transport and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Because Love360 is in private beta, features and safeguards continue to be tested before public launch.

10. Your choices and rights

You can decline or revoke location, photo and notification permissions in device settings; unpair or stop sharing content; unsubscribe from marketing email; and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or appeal. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

11. U.S. state privacy notice

Residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information and may appeal a denied request. Love360 does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive information, including precise location, only to provide requested features, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

12. Children

Love360 is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact safety@love360.io so we can investigate and delete information where appropriate. See our Child Safety Standards.

13. International processing

Love360 and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and honor applicable local rights.

14. Website cookies

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies. WordPress may use essential security or session cookies for administrators. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and provide consent controls where required.

15. Changes and contact

We will post policy changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be announced in the app or by email. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@love360.io. General support: support@love360.io.
