Couple Distance Widget for Lock Screen
See the distance between you at a glance. Love360’s couple distance widget is designed to show how close or far apart privately paired partners are, with two circles that move together or apart as the distance changes.
For long-distance couples, a number can make separation feel real. Love360 turns that number into a calm visual signal on supported lock-screen and home-screen experiences. When you move closer, the partner circles move closer. When the distance grows, they move apart.
How the couple distance widget works
- Both people knowingly pair their Love360 accounts.
- Each person chooses whether to grant the location permission needed for the feature.
- Love360 uses the available location signals to calculate the distance between the paired devices.
- The app or supported widget displays the resulting distance and visual relationship.
Location is optional. If either partner disables the required permission, the distance may be unavailable, delayed or show an older update. iOS and Android control when widgets refresh, so Love360 does not promise second-by-second accuracy.
Built around consent, not surveillance
The distance feature is intended for two adults who knowingly choose to use it together. It is not a public map, emergency service, navigation tool or hidden tracking product. The website does not claim that Love360 reveals an exact street address or continuous route.
You can change location access in your phone settings. A paired partner may still infer your general proximity from the distance displayed, so both people should agree on when the feature is used. Review the details in Safety & Permissions and our Privacy Policy.
Why couples may find it useful
- See distance without repeatedly asking “How far away are you?”
- Make the journey toward a reunion feel visible.
- Use a glanceable cue that complements, rather than replaces, communication.
- Keep the experience within a private paired relationship.
Distance widget questions
Does the Love360 widget show my exact location?
The feature is designed to display the calculated distance between paired partners, not a public address or public location profile. Your partner may infer general proximity from the result.
Will it work on iPhone and Android?
Love360 is being tested for iOS and Android. Widget capabilities, refresh timing and lock-screen support differ by operating system and device, and the final supported behavior will be documented before launch.
Can I turn location off?
Yes. Location permission can be changed in device settings. Turning it off limits or stops distance-dependent features.
