Account & Data Deletion

Delete in the app
When the account-deletion control is available in your build, open Love360 → Profile → Account & Privacy → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete an account and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Request deletion on the web
Email the address below from the email associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Love360 account” and include your profile name and, if available, the last four characters of your invite code. Do not send your password, precise location or payment-card information.
Verification and timing
We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law. If your account is paired, deletion removes your account and disconnects the pair; content already saved or captured by your partner cannot be withdrawn from their device.
What is deleted
Deletion includes the account record and associated profile, pairing link, stored location and battery records, answers, game-session data, notes, drawings, uploaded photos and memories that are attributable to the account and are not required to be retained. Shared couple records may be deleted or de-identified, depending on the other partner’s rights and the structure of the record.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, store purchase reconciliation, tax or other legal obligations. Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted when the retention reason ends. Apple or Google purchase history is controlled separately by the relevant store.
Cancel a subscription separately
Account deletion does not necessarily cancel billing. Cancel through Apple Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Contact the applicable store for refund requests.
Waitlist-only deletion
If you only joined the website waitlist, email privacy@love360.io from the subscribed address and ask us to remove your waitlist record.
