Terms of Use
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. The service
Love360 provides paired-couple features such as distance widgets, partner status, drawings, notes, relationship questions, games, memories and subscription access. Features may differ by platform, device, country or beta version and may change before public release.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your device and credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for one person. Pair only with a partner who has knowingly agreed to connect.
3. Consent, location and partner data
Location features require device permission. You understand that showing distance to a paired partner may allow them to infer information about your whereabouts. You may revoke permission in device settings, but location-dependent features will stop or become less accurate. Love360 is not an emergency, safety, navigation or surveillance service and must not be used to track someone without their knowledge and freely given consent.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Love360 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Love360 to stalk, coerce, threaten, exploit, impersonate or harass; share illegal, abusive or non-consensual intimate content; exploit minors; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; reverse engineer where prohibited; distribute malware; or use another person’s account without authorization. We may restrict or terminate access and preserve or report information when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium plans, prices, billing periods and trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that platform and automatically renew unless canceled in the user’s store account settings before renewal. Deleting Love360 does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules. A subscription may unlock benefits for the paired partner while the pair and entitlement remain active.
7. Beta terms
Beta software may contain errors, incomplete features, test data or interruptions. Please back up anything important and do not rely on Love360 for urgent communication or safety. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction to improve the service, without identifying you publicly.
8. Intellectual property
Love360, its visual identity, software, website and non-user content are owned by Love360 or its licensors. The Love360 app is developed by Websoftic agency. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant permission to use Love360 branding outside ordinary app use.
9. Third-party services
Love360 relies on services such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Hostinger. Their services may be governed by additional terms. For iOS users, Apple’s applicable standard licensed-application end-user terms also apply; if those terms conflict with these Terms on an Apple-required matter, the Apple terms control.
10. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using Love360 at any time and may request account deletion through the app when available or at our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements or harm to the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love360 is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, precise or continuous location updates, relationship outcomes, or that widgets will refresh at a particular time. Nothing in Love360 is medical, legal, emergency or professional relationship advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love360 and its developers, providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, relationship disputes or loss arising from reliance on location or availability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Love360 is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@love360.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. We will post the new date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Questions: legal@love360.io. Support: support@love360.io.
